Provided by YP.comThis facility should be shut down by the health department. The toilets do not work. Spent light bulbs do not get replaced. The food is inedible. The entire building is roach infested. The facility houses mentally ill adults under 60 years of age. This is not your grandma's care home. This a neglected psych ward.
