Beautiful shoes. A small (ish) selection but well curated and they select beautiful sandals and boots. A great local shoe spot.

They have great shoes (pricey) and a sale to die for two times a year. Friendly staff, great location in Los Feliz.

Buyer beware. Not only are they not customer friendly and overpriced, they could care less about customer satisfaction or return business. My first time there I bought a pricey pair of boots. When I wore them 3 weeks later, they turned out to be profoundly unwalkable and I knew I would never wear them. I called the store and spoke to Florence, the owner, and asked to return them for store credit. She absolutely refused to consider it because the return policy was 14 days for store credit and I called on the 21st day. Even though she conceded she had allowed returns past 14 days on other occasions, she would not even look at them or allow me to exchange for anything else. I will NEVER shop there again and have told anyone and everyone I know not to bother. The internet has better prices, customer care and return policies. F-
