A bit prison-like, but I've never had to wait here and have always found parking in the lot. Beats the Los Feliz location for that alone.

Unfortunately this is the same post office that delivers my mail. I currently have no problem with my mail man except sometimes he doesn't leave the package notice when he doesn't deliver the package itself which will leave me wondering when will he get here. My biggest problem is with the workers within this building. I you want to be treated like another obstacle this place is your best bet! Get ready to be treated with sarcasm and a bad mood. The workers show a lazy sense of readiness and helpfulness (then again what would you expect from federal workers?) *sigh the only way I can stop going is if I move :(

The Glassell Park Post Office is the best I've ever used. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Their service level is outstanding. No matter how long the lines are, people are happy to be there. Thanks for all you do!
