(Update, Feb. 19, 2013. This tenant is gone, but are bed bugs still there? I see what appears to be the plain white bed bug exterminator truck that has been there before, same workers, parked in front of 508 S. Serrano Ave, Koreatown again this morning. Does the three year (since 2009) bed bug battle continue at this address into 2013?)

Turnkey Property Management has it's headquarters in a residential building (508 S Serrano Ave, Koreatown, Los Angeles) that has been affected by bed bugs since 2009. The VP of this company offered some tenants $ and a couple of other considerations to not talk about the management or bed bugs to anyone, either outside the building or residing there. I have this in writing with his signature, in other words, proof of this action. G..gle 508 S Serrano Ave, Los Angeles or Koreatown and see what some current or former tenants have had to say about this place on the bed bug report (registry). Some entries are more readable than others, but there they are. Couple of illuminating ones (in my opinion) near the bottom of the comments, the older ones. See what you think.
