ticket clinic me estafo, pague 200.00 para que me ayudaran en caso, iva a pagar de mi ticket 360.00 mas 60.00 al juez, mas 25.00 por la escuela, son 445.00 en total... y con ellos les pague 200.00 por el caso y ahora tengo que pagar a la corte 397.00 asiesque me salio por todo ..597.00 ...mas caro que lo que tenia que pagar, no se que hacer no tengo dinero...y ahora voy a hacer

I called the ticket clinic and I spoke to Justin. Justin went above and beyond to assist me. Even though they did not take my case because they mentioned that it was something simple that I could fix on my own. Justin still took the time to call the court and got back to me with information that I needed.

Received a LIDAR speeding ticket in California for allegedly doing 76 in a 45 earlier this year, after 11 years without so much as a parking ticket. I was going less than 50 when the CHP appeared in my mirror and I was POSITIVE I hadn't been going anywhere near 76 prior to that. The speed limit had been 55 there my entire life, but I later found out they'd just recently lowered it to 45 a couple months prior. Because he wrote me up for going 31 over (which I'm POSITIVE was intentional), I was 1mph over the limit for traffic school.



Given all the circumstances, plus several mitigating factors I'm not going to waste time mentioning, I decided to try and fight it. Searched the internet for a while and decided to try The Ticket Clinic in California. I gave them the citation # and a little bit of information, and they said the price was $399 and there were no refunds. They also said they couldn't make any guarantees or speculate about my case (it's against the law to do so), but he said their lawyers are very good. The possible outcomes were that the case could get dismissed outright, could get reduced, or it could possibly be upheld. Since the price of the ticket was at or over $500, not to mention insurance increases and a blemish on my driving record, it was worth the gamble.



I didn't have any further conversations or correspondence with them, other than 2 letters I received. The first was about a week later saying they appeared and got a continuance, and the second was about 6 weeks later saying the case had been dismissed entirely. I can't speak to anybody else's experience with this company, but they got a pretty hefty speeding ticket dismissed for me and saved me some money, even with the $400 price tag for their services.

But Mark Gold's sense of judgement seems to have deserted him when he spent $18,930 in one night at a strip joint in Miami.

Now the 56-year-old attorney is taking the Gold Rush club to court, saying he was so drunk staff should have stopped serving him.
