Yes I did come upon a problem that I had to call Telepacific about regarding tracking down a specific outgoing phone #. The person who helped me and I'm sorry I did not get her name. She was VERY helpful and I was able to find what I needed. 5 Star Customer Service. Thank You Debie Mulcahy.

The technicians made every effort to correct the problem remotely and then came to the office in a timely manner to finally resolve the problem. Always attentive and very helpful when a problem arises.

I don`t have anything but good thing to say about Telepacific. If I have any issue (hardly) you help us resolved very quickly in the timely manner which is much better than my previous company I had been nothing but bad experience especially the internet always down.
