This July 16, 2013 will be 10 years I lost truck driver job, thank you to union shop steward and the teamster local 630.Of what happened in the past I could not believe the union shop steward Michael Gallegos gave false statement in arbitrated favored to JFC international and Ian Tennant (JFC warehouse manager).In that meeting Ian Tennant accused me said FU to Ian Tennant, after I defend that accusation. Ian Tennant started throw a cup of coffee to me and yelled me "LISTEN TO ME BOY" and junped to me with both fists want to punch me. In that meeting union shop steward Michael Gallegos didn't do nothing or say something, but in arbitration Michael Gallegos gave false statement and Ian Tennant made some postures the judge and counselor didn't do nothing about it. Even me and Poncho did bring that up to union counselor, and that counselor didn't do nothing either.
So to me why have the union what for, they aren't protect us, they only kiss who pay their higher."NO JUSTICE"
