Our church had some trouble with 941 forms that were calculated wrong by mistake and in typical IRS form, they waited years before informing us there was a problem. We were in over our heads because we needed some professional help. We thought that Tax Care Professionals was that help. They baited us in, took $4500 from us and gave us the run around. Over and over again. We didn't fully realize that we had a problem until the IRS agent showed up to our door with a final demand for payment and a notice to seize our material holding for non payment. Run as fast as you can from Tax Care Professionals. They neither care nor are they professional. They stole from the church!!!

This company will take your money, assure you that you can rest easy, then the nightmare begins. I called and emailed and pleaded, to try and get some answers. I didn't do any research on them because I saw the BBB logo, along with several other logos that I trusted. Unfortunately, the BBB made them take their logo off the website, because they do not recommend their services at all. Even though it takes more of your time, you can do the very same thing that these people claim to be doing for you. There is an Offer in Compromise with the IRS and your state DOR, that is lengthy but will save you $2500 (or at least, that's what it cost me) and further trouble with the IRS and your state Dept. of Rev. Don't take my word for it; just go to the BBB's website and see for yourselves. DO NOT TRUST them. They told me that the BBB was wrong about them and that they had tried to talk to the BBB, but they wouldn't listen. They will lie to you in a microsecond! I have all the emails they ever sent me, and I sent them, but they lied and said that they had sent me everything I needed, in a timely matter, and I have proof that this is not true. I hate when I get shafted, and I mean to tell everyone that I can, NOT to deal with these people. They will rob you!
