This is at least the 4th Toyota Corolla Ali Sepehri has helped me lease from Toyota Hollywood. He knows how I hate the whole process of car buying and he always makes the experience as painless as possible. He listens to me, answers my questions, and goes out of his way to make me as comfortable as possible. Ali is one of the good guys, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Purchased 2012 Scion xB on May 12, 2019. David Bakhtamian was my sales person. Inquired about used 2012 Scion xB with 13,500 miles through autotrader on a Friday night, and he emailed me back the next morning. One of the nicest, most polite person/salesman you'll ever meet. If you're ever looking for a CAR, go to Toyota of Hollywood AND ASK FOR DAVID BAKHTAMIAN. Roger was the sales manager I was negotiating with and was able to get me approved. Roger also wasn't pushy or didnt pressure me in anyway either, he understood what "no" meant. The way he negotiated was in an nice good fun, light hearted type of way so I would definitely recommend asking for David and Roger. Thanks for the car guys and nice doing business with you!

I was having issues with my horn, so I made an early am appt with my service rep Danny Llamas. I ended up needing a new horn. He had to order it. It would not be in until later that day. I had to leave for an appt. Danny said I could leave, and come back at 2:15 and he would get me in and out fast! ; I came back at 2:15. True to his word, he made sure I did not have to wait long, and got me in right away! Also, my final cost came in under the estimate. He was very professional and delivers on his promises! Worst part of going to get car fixed, is not knowing how long you will be stuck waiting and being over charged!! Danny takes that stress away. He is the reason I keep coming back to Toyota of Hollywood! Thanks again Danny! I will definitely be back. 1 negative the waiting area is bad. The tv was not on when I arrived, so I asked the service lady(the one you pay when car is done) if she could turn it on. She gave me confused look and said she had no idea how to turn it on. I said, can you ask someone? Over an hour later, the tv finally comes on!. She works right in front of the tv all day long. She should know how to operate it. The donuts were gone fast. Employees from all over the dealership come and take them, leaving the customers with slim/to no pickings lol.

I took my Scion in for its 40k maintenance and had a great experience with Toyota of Hollywood! My service advisor Ruben Gomez was helpful in explaining all the work that happens during the 40k service. I don't know a lot about cars but I was very happy with the numbers Ruben quoted for me. The maintenance session was speedy - I was able to get my car back in under 2 hours. I'll definitely come back for any future work!

I bought my Highlander from Toyota of Hollywood and they have taken excellent care of it including recalls. Danny Llamas was my service guy for this recall and maintenance visit. Danny was already aware of the recall needed and the check-in process was easy. In addition to the work being done very quickly while I waited, Danny listened to my special needs with my car and also personally assisted me to the waiting room as I had that morning twisted my knee making walking difficult and painful. I felt safe and very taken care of in all respects. I highly recommend this gentleman and look forward to him being my service guy in the future.

Ruben Gomez assisted me the last time I was there and did an excellent job with all of the above and managed the needs of my car and myself as I made preparations to go an extended trip. Hollywood Toyota provides unbelievable customer service. They are fast, reasonable and thorough. Making appointments is convenient by phone or online, and the email and text appointment reminders are very helpful. My service advisor Joey Lutz is a superstar. He was responsive, explained my vehicle's needs clearly and reviewed the options available to keep my family's older Prius safely traveling down the road of happy destiny. what an unexpected pleasant experience purchasing our new prius from this place. Ider Gongor was our sales person and was knowledgable and straight forward and patient. there was no hype and no hard sell.......in fact everyone we dealt with not only pleasant, but genuinely pleasant. this was unexpected because our recent purchase of a new ram pick-up from cerritos dodge was slimy and an overall unpleasant experience. the finance aspect was straight forward and relatively quick. i would recommend hollywood toyota in a heart beat.
