We gave SM Express less than 30 minutes to file a document w/the court in Santa Monica. We then realized that we forgot to attach a document. We called. They said no problem. They called their driver back to get the additional document, attached it, and ran to the court to get our filing done before the deadline. Super impressed by their courtesy and willingness to make it happen. We had called 6 other messengers before calling SM Express, all of whom said "No" to getting it done. Alex and Howard were true professionals and we will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend them.
