I had very bad experience with Sam's Parking!!! Left my car there for six days and when I picked it up it had scratches. I submitted a claim twice and never heard back from them. I tried calling them when they hear that I am not calling about the reservation they place me on hold or they gave this bogus claim department number, when I tried to call this number it says that the mailbox is full and they are not accepting any more calls. Try calling them again it is impossible dealing with them. Do not ever leave your vehicle there!

DO NOT PARK HERE! We came out of lax 10:10 PM We called for my pick-up shuttle they told me it will be there in 10 to 15 minute, 20 min later I called to see what happen to my shuttle they told me its on his way, after 4 times calling and 40 minute my 7 years old son fall a sleep on the LAX branch. Other shutter company van come by 5 times for a pick up. Later the driver show up full of people in the van. Then he start drop people off to Embassy suit and other parking lot so he can make quick buck on the side. We got to the parking lot at 11 pm. When we got to the parking lot the person in the office was very rude and just hanging out with his friend he told me he those not have drivers like that was my fault, he try to offer me free car wash when I go back next time, I told him that it will not be a next time and if we walk from LAX to parking lot we will get there faster then 40 min, then he charge me full price of the parking and he was very rude worst customer service ever.

On February 2nd at 7:26 pm I dropped my car, a 2013 Ford Edge off at the Sam's Parking lot at LAX with address 5700 West 96rh St, La, Ca 90045. The car at the time of drop off was in perfect condition without any scratches or dents. Upon pick up on February 15th at 3:49 pm the car was delivered by a Sam's parking lot employee and left in a designated spot for pick up. No information of the damage was communicated to me at that time. When I approached my car, I noticed immediately that the car had damage to the front driver side bumper and head light. The damage consists of scratches, dents, displacement of the front bumper and cracked and scratched headlight.

A police report was made at time of pick up.

Not recommended parking services!

Tip! Stay away from this valet parking place! I am active duty military and took 2 wks emergency leave due to a loss of family. But when I came back to pick my car come to find out it was tampered and vandalized. Manager was very rude, unprofessional, not helpful on the damages. Engine was damage/car wont start, scratches, dents. Anyway, I paid for their service but they didnt uphold the standards of their services and NOT even rendered a single hair of professionalism. Not recommended! Entry will not be posted without enetering a star but this is a ZERO STAR REVIEW!
