I knew that finding a good management company was just as important as finding a suitable apartment. I can proudly say that I have found both! I have been living in one of Rohcs Management's Langdon apartments for the past year. I really appreciate Sam’s diligence with maintaining the building! This so called Roach management co., is a sham does this company even exists, or are they just posting vacancies that do not exists, just so you can fill out the application online and they can pocket your $25.00 application fee, with no response to your application no courtesy phone call just an email stating your application fee was processed, and you just see the money taken out of your bank account. I also tried calling their many phone numbers listed, 323-904-9950, 213-385-5652, (323) 302-9295, when you dial these numbers you get a fax machine. So I guess my husband and I are out of $50.00. This so call company needs to be investigated, they deserve a big NEGATIVE 5star rating no rating at all.

I've had a very good experience living in a building managed by Rohcs. The move-in process was smooth and efficient and they have always been responsive to my maintenance reuqests. I particularly enjoy filing the requests on-line and everything has been smooth. I've lived here for a little over two years and am very happy. Would gladly look at any apartment they manage if I were to move in the future.

Any positive reviews of Rohcs Property Management are clearly fake. Although my building manager is very nice and does his best, the owners and management are unresponsive, rude, and very disrespectful. Any questions or concerns are met with a condescending attitude and I have been hung up on. Eli is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with.



I have lived here for over a year and never missed a rent payment. I will give them this, when I moved in the oven did not work and it was promptly replaced. Since then, many of their buildings have been infested with bedbugs. They hired someone to fumigate after several weeks of prodding, but they simply sprayed around the bed and the floorboards. The bedbugs came back immediately and have only gotten worse. I researched the proper methods to fumigate and tried to explain that the company they are using is not even close to effective. (We were not allowed to choose our own company) After trying to explain this I was met with more disrespect. They basically said, we don't care, this is how we do it, and dismissed me.



There are actual gang members living in some of their properties. in fact, I was offered Meth while attempting to do laundry. That should have been a red flag, but at the time I had already moved in and paid first and last months rent.



Basically, if you want to live in an unwelcoming, dangerous, bedbug infested slum, I certainly recommend this place.
