Provided by YP.comDO NOT GET YOUR ENGINE CLEANED HERE! I went to the Robertson Car Wash because it was one of the few places in the area that did the Engine Steam Cleaning.
Not only did they charge me five dollars more than the advertised price (when asked, I was told "that price is wrong."), but they flooded my transmission and I have to get the whole thing replaced!
They will not take any responsibility for their actions because they make you sign a paper which is a one-sentence statement releasing them from liability. I guess that justifies incompetence!
If you want your car to work properly afterwards, DO NOT CLEAN YOUR ENGINE HERE.
