They did some work for us over two years ago when we were having financial troubles, which we told them about. They sent invoices, the invoices eventually stopped, and plain and simple we forgot we owed them; which I am pretty sure everyone has done at some point. One of their fabulous employees sent us a hateful, belittling, name calling email telling us "Karma is a you-know-what", and that we should "Do unto others...". And that its no wonder we had troubles. The bill will finally be settled, but don't let these people into your homes. They're unappreciative, unsympathetic, greedy people that send their customers hateful emails calling them liars and horrible. Maybe next time someone owes you, an email stating, "We haven't heard from you in a while, not sure how things are going, but are you able to pay?" would be the more politically correct, business oriented, polite, adult way to handle that sort of situation.
