This place has gone downhill since Levine management has left. The new life economic company is very low, Their is lots of bad traffic throughout the building such as bums hanging everywhere living in the halls, heavy drug activity on the third floor, urinating and other feces. Very nasty and dirty place to live. Very loud, uncontrollable children destroying the property. Not a safe environment for families and children. Totally out of control. Horrible Hood Management that's just collecting a pay check. This what happens when black and Hispanics are left in charge of anything.
