Had a surgery completed there over a week ago. I must say the doctor and all nursing staff was amazing. Treated me very well. I'm giving 1 star for the disability dept. They hands down are the WORST staff ever. Extremely rude and unhelpful. They feel 3 weeks to enter a date online is acceptable. NO! I was then told by another lady " Oh don't count on anything for 45 days" Everything is done online and I had already completed everything. Did not have them do anything. If this was them they would have the medical form completed same day of their surgery. Other Kaiser give a 3-5 day window. I will now be forced to return to work while sutures still in place as I can not wait for this dept another 2 was before submitting my former to EDD. Very sad.
