I had a reservation with Avis, My new debit card did not have my name on it, Avis did not rent me. i spent hours to find a company that would. finally i called Rex and they picked me up and took care of me . They saved my trip. I will always recommend you and use. you. Thanks guys

FRIENDLY ADVICE - do not rent car from Rex Luxury Rental. They will try to charge you for things you didn`t do or make (invisible marks, toll road tickets that you didn`t make etc.)

When I returned the car the lady that works there found some invisible mark on passenger door and charged for that 80$. Next day she called me (SHE WAS VERY RUDE) and said that I have 5 TOLL ROAD TICKETS and that I must to pay that immediately because it is going to be double if I do not do that.

I went to agency to see that tickets but she showed me paper with tickets only for 2 seconds and didn`t want to give me to take photo to check that online because she was cheating me (ALSO WAS VERY RUDE AND ALL THE TIME REPEATED: "You want to say that we are lying?").

Thank God that I have photo of agreement in my phone and when I checked that it turns out that it wasn`t license plate of the car I rented.

The very rude lady didn`t even say sorry.
