Republic Master Chefs is a vendor at my job and I'm writing this based on my 15 mo experience with them as an accounts payable manager at a 4/5 star restaurant in Montrose, CA. This is a warning to make sure to read the Republic Master Chef Contract very carefully and have your Attorney present when doing so. The fees are at 100% of inventory which means you are being charged each week regardless of what you use. There are many other undisclosed fees and surprise fees and they up charge on misused items even if you take very good care of the linens. It is very difficult to reach managers when there is a problem because the turnover is great. Be cautious and don't sign a long term contract. Try them out first on a week to week basis before signing a contract. They make it very difficult to break without litigation.

Do not sign up with this company. You will find hair in the laundry. They have so many overage charges, you will keep scratching your head what are the charges for. If you want to quit their contract they threaten to take you to court. The account reps are rude.
