I am beyond than upset at this place my husband went to take our shih tzu to get groomed the cut style we asked teddy bear face and boddy short what she always gets well this time there is a new lady groomer that for what I saw she has no idea what is she doing my dogs face was far from a teddy bear and OK not a deal breaker when we got home I notice she couldn't sit on her butty I check her her butt and half of the tail the side that connects to get butt is swollen red her paws red her body starts to get red when I turn her to see her stomach area is red with bumps. She was shaking her head a lot decided to check her ears and they are red swollen not with infection. I touch her and her body temperature is very hot .I rush to emergency room as is the weekend. I was told from the vet that she had razor rash and burns that it looked that they went over and over with the clippers on the same place and with the heat of clippers she was burned NOT ACCEPTABLE. My poor girl is in pain discomfort vet prescribed steroid cream to help with swelling, itch and burns. I callove the groomers on Monday to explain what happened 1st she didn't understand what was going on 2. When she finally understood she wanted me to take my dog so I can explain to the groomer...what do I need to explain? I was calling to make them aware of what they did to my dog and to let the owner know that's"new grommer" is no good. Never got an apology. NEVER WILL I TAKE ANY OF MY DOGS THERE.

Took my maltese in for grooming a couple times. The first time, the groomer cut it too short. I said what the hell. It's okay. But this last time, they ended up cutting the dog.



I got an apology and paid for the service, however, won't be going back. The attached image is about 7 days after the incident. It still looks bad.
