Provided by CitysearchLong wait, but go early to avoid it. Love the Rosie long island and spicy polish dogs.

Provided by CitysearchAnother spot on my must go to list when I moved to Los Angeles. I remember that Bruce Willis proposed to Demi Moore here. That could explain why the romance burnt.
I wonder who has the better dog Bruce or Ashton?
Now that would be a discussion for the long line. You need something to occupy your time cause you can expect to wait at least 45 minutes. There is a list of adventurous combinations but after waiting in line for what seems forever I am too afraid to stray from the classic chili dog.

Provided by CitysearchI'm from new york and there are so many delicious hot dog stands everywhere. My friend had told me to go here when i go to LA. I have to say when i first pulled up to the place, I was in shock at the line. Its crazy how the line is. when i went it was an hour and a half, it was only a tuesday afternoon. But anyways when i finally got to the front i ordered the works, fries, and crush soda. Cashiers are so friendly. Only thing I complain about is the seating sometimes theres not enogh for everybody, and its not the cleanest place in town.

Provided by CitysearchTourists and locals, from all walks of life, people flock to Pinks Hot dogs. They should because they have the largest variety of hot dogs you can find anywhere and they are very affordable. My favorite is the western with bbq sauce, onion rings, and cheese so melty wow. It was to die for.

Provided by CitysearchSo I only went here, because I heard this is an infamous hotdog place that all the stars go to.lol. Plus I am always seeing it pop up in movies, so I just had to see what the hype was all about. I had went a couple of years ago and the first time I went I was shocked how packed that place gets .It is so small and there is no parking whatsoever. I had to park across the street. At first I was just going to park at the gas station but the owner saw that I was planning to go to pinks and said I could not park there. Then he said I could park there if I gave him 5 bucks and I was like ""yeah right,"" so I went to another parking area where there were other food places. While my boyfriend and I were waiting in line a man calls out saying they were giving parking tickets to all the cars that were parked across the street. So I had to run across the street and drive around the block a couple of times because still there was no available parking and waited for my boyfriend to get the food to go. It was an experience and we enjoyed the hotdogs. We both got a polish sausage type one mild and the other spicy. I really liked the mild sausage but the onther one was too spicy to even enjoy. The second time I went I got a chili dog which was very disappointing. The chili was very bland and had no real flavor at all. I mean I would rather have had a chili hotdog at wienerschnitzel.:p I plan to go today and I hope I have a great experience like I did the first time I went. I hope there's parking too!!Wish me luck!

Provided by CitysearchOn one of those special days, places like this make me happy. It doesn't matter about it being like really unhealthy.. you know, live a little.

Provided by Citysearchthe wait for a hot dog was ridiculous. the hot dogs taste bland despite all the hype. i will never go to pinks ever again. if you want a fantastic dog, go to wurstkuche in downtown! that place is awesome!

Provided by CitysearchI waited forever in line for these dogs after reading rave reviews. Needless to say they did live up to the hype but I was left wondering if they were worth the wait. Thats why I only give them 3 of 5 stars.

Provided by CitysearchCome ON people, go to high tea at the Ritz if you expect something fancy and if you want to lift your pinky. Going to Pink's is fun, it's more like a mini middle-of-the-night event, not just a hot dog. They have been tasty when I have been there.

Provided by CitysearchI have been hearing about Pink's for years so a friend and I tried it. We were both disappointed. I talked to some other friends and they were also very disappointed. The hot dogs are just not tasty.
Honestly I think it is a hot spot only because of celebs supposedly frequent this place. If you want to spot a celeb go hang out...if you want a good hot dog go somewhere else.

Provided by CitysearchI expected to wait but not for a WARM hot dog. I was so tired and disappointed that I did not bother to complain. My brother's chili was dog was a disappointment too. Warm dog, warm chili...
As a Native New Yorker, I beg forgiveness from every Cart Dog Vendor I've betrayed...

Provided by CitysearchToday 4 of us went to the new Pinks in Knotts Berry Farm and we were all disappointed. We have lived in Los Angeles and we are used to the way the hot dogs and chili tasted there. What a dissapointment to taste these chili dogs. They were nothing like the ones we had in LA. I suggest you get your qualified team to Orange county and correct the problem immediately if not sooner. People that aren't used to the original Piniks might like them but Costco or Weinerschnitzel are better. Sorry! Get working!!

Provided by CitysearchI love Pink's Hot Dogs. It's perfect for after hours grub. It just completes the night. Yes, there is always a line but that's because it's delicious. They're hot dogs people and they're actually satisfying in a greasy-yummy sort of way. So what if it attracts a lot of tourist? Only the hipsters care really.
Planet Hollywood hot dog is my fave - try it.

Provided by CitysearchWhat can I say? It's an LA staple -- along with Musso and Franks, Mel's, Canter's, etc. The hot dogs are all great, and the variety is exhaustive. My favorite -- the Chicago, spicy Polish. You can't miss.
