called looking to sell a 99 Saturn LS1. I’d just gotten off the phone with pick your part who had agreed to give me $275. I wanted to call around to see if this was the best offer. The man who answered the phone at Los Angeles Junk Car Buyer answered the phone with only “hello”. I wasn’t sure I’d gotten the right place so I said “Am I calling an auto salvaging?” I couldn’t understand what he said next since he had a heavy accent. When I asked him to repeat himself he said “Yeah yeah yeah lady this is auto salvage!” I then asked him how much I could get for my car and he said “hundred dollars”. I told him that was too low but thanked him for his time. He said “Hundred dollars is even to much for Saturn! No one pay you more!” I told him I’d gotten a much higher offer at pick your part and he said “Go there then!” And hung up. Rudest phone conversation ever. I wouldn’t go to this guy for anything. Not only are his offers low, his customer services skills are among the worst I’ve ever experienced. The lady at pick your part was nice and explained everything patiently. I suggest calling them first and avoiding this guy like the plague.
