Good Person, Good Service. We were so lucky to have found Lee from MOATRIP to help us with our honeymoon plans to the Big Island and Maui. Although she had to work with us at a time when we had plenty of items on our plate she was very patient with waiting for our replies and making the changes we requested. However, we didn't realize her value until we arrived on Hawaii and went on the excursions she had booked for us. She sent us on the best tours to truly get a feel for many of the wonderful aspects Hawaii has to offer. Lastly, she REALLY came through when we emailed her from our last destination and wanted to cut our time at the hotel by a day in order to visit friends that were on the island unexpectedly. She was able to get us a FULL refund for the night just 4 days before we checked out. We highly recommend her services and will use her in the future.
