So I was coming here to visit the friend in the lobby, might I add I am a security guard myself, and I just happen to notice one of the security guards going above and beyond. He was very polite and courteous and engaged in conversation to ease my wait, I believe his name was Edward. And from a security guard stand point I feel he was very versatile and more than just a security guard. Besides the security these apartments are more than just nice and have a lot of great amenities!

Looking forward to an amazing time at the Lorenzo in the next couple of months.

So far my stay at the Lorenzo has been great. Free food, great amenities, and good security. If you ever need anything, ask for Jerry or Edward at the security desk, they're friendly and helpful.

Living at the Lorenzo is great. Katrina is my leasing agent is honestly the one that makes the experience so much better!! She's extremely caring and is willing to help you in any way she can and will always get the job done for you! She goes out of her way to make your living at the Lorenzo amazing and is one of the most genuine people I've met there! If you end up choosing the Lorenzo complex, make sure to ask for Katrina as your leasing agent and you will not regret it!!

For 2015 i wanted to add more review for those really nice people from the leasing office (Laura, katrina, carla, david, Edgar) to resident( bradly, ashely beavers, ashely woods, ben valadez) services to security. Actually the security is outstanding positive element. Especially some guards like Thomas vriens, steven gray, Robert Torres, Jorge segoviano, and Edward ara. They are one reason to keep the residents happy and safe. I am sure I'm not the only one who feel the same. I stand up respectively for them.

I love the full gym accessibility and the night yoga classes that are offered! It's also nice with the constant random free food that is offered throughout the month!

It was my first time visiting the Lorenzo apartments and I was pleasantly surprised. I had a very insightful and delightful tour guide by the name of Conrad Sarreal. Conrad was knowledgable and made me feel comfortable right away. His services were greatly appreciated.

The basketball game held in Lorenzo on last Saturday is wonderful. USC CSSA is also a good organization. By the way, I like the gift given by Lorenzo

I recently came by so I could get a tour of the place. I couldn't believe how amazing it was here. The guy who helped me, Conrad, was fantastic. He really knew the place inside out. It was refreshing! Thanks for making my experience amazing, Conrad! :)

Went to Lorenzo for the USCCSSA basketball game last weekend. They have two full basketball courts for the apartment!!! The stuff there were really nice and the apartment looks pretty upscale and safe :) It was a nice experience!

I have been meaning to review The Lorenzo for almost a year now, but nothing has ever pushed me to until now. If you would like to here about the MILLIONS of awesome amenities offered at this hotel like "student housing" arrangement there are plenty of reviews beneath mine that detail them. However, I really want to write this review about something much more important to me living on my own for the first time...THE SECURITY HERE IS AWESOME!!! I do not want to make this a novel by going into details, but on a recent Game day-when there was tons of people all over the surrounding area of USC- a non resident followed me on to the property and essentially tried to assault me, then immediately ran off of the property. I notified security, even though I assumed nothing could be done since, he was not at the Lorenzo, and there were so many more people in the surrounding area. To my surprise, I got a call within 30 minutes saying they needed me to come make a positive ID. Officer Torres and the other guards acted right away, and ironically, I feel so much safer after this incident knowing how seriously security takes their jobs. Also, this was weeks ago, and Katrina, who hasn't seen me since, just came up to me to ask me how I was doing. Maintenance is amazing (how they turn the messiness from parties at 3AM on a Saturday, into squeaky cleanness on Sunday mornings is beyond me) and I can always count on Jerome (one of the shuttle drivers) to ask how a midterm went or to talk about the Lakers. Right now, the shuttles are pretty crowded, but I see them slowly adding more shuttles and they leave when full so I haven't been late because of it. Obviously this isn't some magical land where nothing can go wrong, but everyone I have dealt with here has been genuine with their attempts to make it one. I could not see myself living anywhere else in the are around USC and will definitely be renewing for the second time thanks to the awesome security!

What a beautiful property! along with a nice and helpful management staff! now that's a great combination! This is the only place i would ever want to live near campus, no other apartment complex can compare. I was sold when i called and got great service about pricing and availability from a nice guy named Conrad. Definitely going to recommend this place to all my classmates.

I love living at the Lorenzo. Sure it has its problems but everything in the world isn't perfect, every apartment complex in the world has its problems. Lorenzo is new so they are trying to do their best, they are still learning how to manage the place...all I know is, for what I'm paying, they not only meet all of my expectations but surpass them. I pay nearly 1,000 a month but I get to live in a high class resort with everything I need and want in it....I couldn't be happier. (I say all of this because some people are too mean on here and they expect way too much, everyone needs to chill.)

This five star rating is for Melody that works in the residential services. Along with her, Esmeralda, who also works in the same office, set a new standard for customer service. They really helped my friend and I find the perfect room and they were extremely nice!!

Been at The Lorenzo for 3 weeks now, my experience with management and maintenance has been good... I'm enjoying the monthly events and the amenities.

It is just amazing! With facilities beyond any other developments I have ever seen ! Highly recommend it!

I'm actually an independent contractor at The Lorenzo and I really love working with the staff here. The Property Manager Laura, and Events Manager Nick have gone above and beyond when it comes to helping take care of our professional relationship, always making sure to be fair and follow through. It's really nice and important to have management care for their employees and work hard to take care of them. I think this really trickles down and reflects upon the general care and overall experience of the whole company.



On a side note, this residence is gorgeous and the perks you get are incredible! Perfect for students- I would have LOVED to live here when I was in college! It's everything that luxury apartment life in Southern California should be.
