The amenities here are amazing!!!! The pools and the gym are beyond words!! Everyone should live here cause there is no place like it!!! LORENZO IS THE BEST PLACE EVER! if you've ever watched Zoey 101, this is as close as it gets!

I had a horrible roomate before, but lorenzo help me a lot to deal with it. Dejonh is helpful and great. Jocelyn is the best, she is so thoughtful and tried to do the best for me. Also, Linda was awesome and really sweet. Lorenzo is he best!!! Especially those people who work here. Choose Lorenzo!!!! Choose the best!!!

I've been living at The Lorenzo for almost a month now and I have zero complaints. Weekends are noisy which is a no-brainer at student housing, but as far as the management goes I can honestly say that they have been nothing but hospitable and accommodating. Members of the staff are always out and about in case of any problems and they are prompt to consider and act upon their tenant's requests. For example, upon moving in I had a less- than- ideal situation roommate situation, after approaching the Housing Maintenance with my concerns, I was given multiple rooming options and settled into a new apartment within one hour. Not only is the management beyond warm and friendly, but you can also always count on the security or maid service to put a smile on your face upon walking into the building. The whole complex has been clean since the day I first walked in and I am very pleased with the amount of space in my apartment. Definitely recommend The Lorenzo. Special shoutout to Dijon from Housing Maintenance and Robert in the Leasing Office. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE living here!!! I was apprehensive of living here after reading the other reviews but I haven't come across any problems so far. The amenities are top notch and you feel like you are living in a resort. As long as you are not disruptive to anyone or anything then you should not have any problems. People who live here are very attractive and dress super nice too! There's also a yummy restaurant on site. Everything is clean and well maintained and the security are very nice.

I came in to get a tour of the Lorenzo and Karla was helping me. She was very professional and super nice at showing me the amazing facility. I am very excited to move in ASAP. I recommend this place because not only is the staff very helpful but the facility is very clean and beautiful. Ask for Karla if you want a great a great Tour!!

Love the pool parties but I always seem to get lost navigating this place, haha. Amazing amenities and a lot to offer.

I went there to visit my friend and we played basketball game together. I was shocked that the basketball court was so great. It has clean floor and two full court. It is cool that one of them has the signature of Lakers and another has the signature of clippers. It is so cool!lol

I love living here. I have stayed here for a year and renewed my lease for a second year. It has got everything I need. Nothing really to complain. Food here is good too. Tasty Tuesday (free dinner every Tuesday) is my favorite.

Had an extremely great experience here. People through out the whole place were amazing and friendly. Robert torres went above and beyond to help me with all the things i needed. If i were to be back in school definitely would be the place id love to love in

Lorenzo by far surpasses any of the housing options near USC. It is clean, new, and has great amenities such shuttles, a rooftop pool, and a movie theater. I really enjoy living here and look forward to living here for the rest of my USC career. Definitely worth coming in to take a tour.

eddie gonzalez is the best security guard ever. he deserves a promotion and a rasie. he made sure we got gome safely at 4:30 am.

Can't complain living here!! There are so many amenities and fun events going on. Security is also very friendly, especially Clinton.

Excellent amenities, great living space with awesome people! There is a beautiful movie theatre, amazing rock wall and luscious swimming pools.

Alfred Razo from Lorenzo courtesy patrol is awesome. He keeps the area safe, manages the parking facility well and is most importantly very friendly. 10/10 you should live in the Lorenzo!

Security guard Alfred Razo. It is amazing that he is just labeled a "security guard." He is more then that to the students and residents of The Lorenzo. During stressful periods he helps give encouraging words to stressed out, final packed, red bull filled students to get through these tough times. He promises a brighter future is at the end of the tunnel. He is not just a security guard that keeps the community and students safe, he genuinely wants to see everyone succeed and become the best that they can be. When my kids come to USC, he may be running the place. I hope he is recognized for being the stern security guard that he truly is, but also gets the acknowledgement he deserves

Lorenzo has definitely spoiled me and I can't imagine living anywhere else. It's so resident friendly and convenient! I definitely love all the amenities it provides and it's like a little town in and of itself. It has everything I don't really leave the site unless to work haha. It has gym, rock climbing wall, 4 pools, cafe, bball court, vball court, arcade, on site washer dryer (trust me.. going out to do laundry is a hassle), my own parking spot (living in LA this is a treat)

Maintenance is so awesome here. I had a problem with my door, put in a work order and in less than 24 hours they were up in my room fixing my door. Leo and David came to my room and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. They were sweet, efficient, and fast. Thank you!

Great place to live... The management and the security people are extremely helpful, especially Clinton Brown always there highly attentive ensuring the safety of the residents and ready to help whenever we need anything.
