Promise 7 day delivery...15 days later no boots. FedEx said they mislabeled.. They denied it. Very rude when I inquired...hung up phone. Called back waited 15 minutes on line. I was leaving the country for two months and would not be able to receive the order. They.They now wanted to charge me a shipping costs even when they made the shipping label errors which caused the delay. it turns out the Canadian office is only a call center...the orders have to shipped from Calif... To eastern Canada then to Vancouver... The cost for this bazaar system costs 30:00..more for the boots then the

US price. Figure this out
