I bought 4 "I-lipo" services off living social and decided to redeem them at the LA office off of Beverly and Normandie. I am beyond shocked to read such positive reviews for this place and have am wonder if they are in fact written by a customer and not an employee of this place. To start off I want to first address my credit card being charged for services I did not wish to receive nor did I receive. Throughout my visits I was constantly getting charged random fees and upon questioning these "fees" the woman was very rude and had no explanation. There is a "special cream" she try's to sell everyone with the sales pitch that its only available to physicians... It's 50.00$. This was absolutely false it's on amazon for 17.99$. In all honesty I wanted to get a refund after my first initial visit (not possible) and even considered not going back and taking that money as a loss. I read such positive reviews about the one in Tarzana but opted for this one because it was closer to me. I'm skeptical of other offices because I was informed they are owned by the same owner. Lastly there was no change what so ever. I'm disappointed and I really hope this can stop someone from wasting money and getting taken advantage of as I did. Bottom line do not go here!
