This was a very unpleasant, tense experience; the exact opposite of what you expect at a nail salon. I went there because it was close to my home. The staff was rude and incapable, or seemed incapable, of speaking to customers in clear English. The workers spoke loudly with each other throughout the pedicure in a very annoying foreign language. Though I made clear that I only wanted a pedicure, and only received a pedicure, they charged me for a mani/pedi. When I pointed it out, they fixed the bill but did not at all act like they had made a mistake.



I actually gave this place a second chance because I was in a hurry and needed a quick pedicure. Again, a stressful experience. The worker acted like it was an annoyance to have me there.



They charge extra for run-down massage chairs that provide little relaxation.



I am giving them one star for the polish choices, which were fine. The atmosphere is depressing. They really seem to need new management and new staff who are trained to know that the customer's needs come first.
