Every time I go into K&L I talk to a different rep who listens to my tastes and gives me different recommendation. And, somehow, every time, I end up getting something that is 90%-100% what i was looking for. I have no idea how that many employees at a shop can all have such great knowledge of the inventory - and how one store can have such great inventory!

These guys really know their stuff. It's just a warehouse, no frills, but the selection is huge and the staff always helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone has their own taste, so you might get a different answer every time to "what should I drink with spare ribs?" or whatever, but they always have an answer. Plus, they have the best prices I've found, same or better than grocery stores, other liquor stores, even Trader Joes.
