WORST PLACE TO EVER LIVE IN!!!!!! I can find a million reasons to NEVER MOVE IN this dump.
*Poor Management
*Water is shut down almost every other day
*POOR QUALITY
*Parking spaces are extremely tight
Manager on site is the worst ever and when complaints get filed with JK Residential, you get no confirmation of anything. A receptionist puts you on hold for a long period of time, then informs you someone will call you back or just transfers your calls to voicemail. Needless to say that Management never follows up or even cares about issues!

if you have applied for a job here do not take it. They will not value your worth. They will try to pay as low as they can, for a possition that is worth $18 per hour they will pay $10 per hour.

They are thieves, they will charge you for even sniffing the paint in a new unit, the owners were born with a silver spoon in their mouth so the have no regard for people living paycheck to paycheck. They will charge you for regular repairs that are done due to City inspection and they will charge your account. They will send you to collections and will give you the run around about speaking to a property supervisor so it will be difficult to get any charges reversed.
Their motto is give as less back from their deposit. They will have no regard if you have a family that has no hot water, they will not move quick enough. Don't blame the manager blame upper management, everything is micromanaged from a door lock to a a piece of paper. If you want results petition all your fellow tenants and take them to small claims.. You can file a claim against JK Residential Services, HK Realty.

Think again! In over twenty years of renting this is the worst I have ever experienced.
This place boasts not only cockroaches but other kinds of bug infestation (I don’t even know what these bugs are), substandard facilities and maintenance and neglectful management.
• Within the last 6 months my place has been flooded twice, once from the apartment above and once again from a busted pipe under the floor.
• The garbage disposal in the kitchen broke in December and it was not repaired until May.
• Get ready for “Breaking and entering”! People enter the premises without notice or authorization.
• When maintenance lost the keys to my apartment they “solved” the issue by breaking through my bathroom window. Then they proceeded to snoop through my stuff.
• The water coming from all the faucets is a sickening brownish yellow. There is only scalding water in the bathroom sink, therefore rendering it unusable. The water in the shower is either cold or scalding hot.
• Some kind of liquid residue spilled over my car while in my assigned parking, causing stains that cost me over a hundred dollars to remove. The spaces are so tight that my car is full of dings and scratches.

ZERO Stars! I lived at one of their slums and they are non-responsive unless they want your money. When I called and tried to actually speak with a person, they never returned phone calls. They did work in my unit that I did NOT request and then tried to charge me $137 for it. Water is constantly turned off and elevators are off almost every weekend. On-site manager is a dolt and her answer for everything is "I don't know." STAY AWAY. These slumlords have many properties.

When I come to the interview for apartment manager position and asked

Noël Tamara Benjamin-Barrera for the compensation she said that I had to pay FULL amount of provided unit. When I said that this is a violation of the Law she just laughing at me and said that I can complaint whatever I want. The compensation for this position is governed by State and Federal rules and regulations. I believe that this management company violates all these and doesn't pay correctly for all their apartment managers.

this place is trash and the property manager "stephanie" is even more trash so rude.unresponsive to problems just terrible.

this place was nice a long time ago ,when the manager left "all hell broke loose'

save your time go somewhere else..

the mamanger makes you wanna slap her.

DO NOT do business with these people! They are slumlords who use scare tactics and a "big company" feeling to try to get money out of you they have no business asking for. They want over $1000 from me to "paint an apartment". Ridiculous!



You probably don't know if they are managing your rental or lease. Ask your manager. If they are GET OUT! If you can, that is. They refuse to help if you ever get them on the phone, excuse after excuse. But that's only IF you can get in contact with them. More likely you will get two rings and a full voice mail box. Every time you call.



Absolutely stay away from these people. Spread the word if you had similar experiences!
