I first came into contact with this agency two and a half yrs ago while trying to get my kids home from dcfs custody. When i first started with them they we're pretty helpful but as my case drew on they became less and less involved. I was even told by one of the ladies direct quote: " I can't tell you what is going on right now but..." This was after they had helped me move in a place and then preceded to not pay the rent one month early than our previously arranged agreement which included me having to leave the same day due to their issues with the management company. They were not helpful at all with turning off services to my place which I still have bills for. They don't return calls as I have left so many messages for Marsha with Phanna, Celeny, Mark, Robert, and the famous receptionist who told me she had to find out what Marsha's schedule was when she was the one who makes it or so i was told, hmmm. The case managers play the blame game when something for a client doesn't get done...its this person's fault or that person or I'll have someone else call u back with no call back. Very unhappy with this company and they all know it. and honestly I would give them no stars.
