Globe and Toyota Central are simply crooks. I ended up after 9 months of repeated complaints, having the Bureau of Automotive Repair settle the case with clear and noted violations. Not only are these guys incapable of managing repairs, or making adequate repairs, but they consistently lied, dodged their contractual responsibility and did the worst repairs imaginable. They put white salvage parts on my black car, didn't sand or prep the body and the paint continues to just bubble off even now. The shop is filthy, the knowledge base is lacking and the talent is nonexistent.



Run screaming.

Service was profession and the repair work was done sooner than the estimated repair date and the repair work rendered was impeciable. My car looked better than it did before the accident. I will return for all future body work.
