I feel very frustrated with Frederick Cleaners



I had a issue with a shirt, is a salmon color, with the buttons in salmon very light, but when I picked up last Monday 06/17/13 the first button change dramatically the color, only the first is salmon color but very dark, so is different that the all other.



So on Saturday morning I went to the shop and commented the problem and the first answer was, we did not make any wrong, so.... the button, changed it alone the color, and the lady told me that in many company, the shirt have the first button in other color, that is unacceptable because I have this shirt for at least 4 years and all the time have the same color in all the button,



So.... somebody changed it, is not a stupid reaction, they lost a customer for a button..., I can believe, today is a button and tomorrow.....



For me very bad service

Great service, good cleaning and reasonable prices and always a parking space. Always ready when promised. What else do you want from a dry cleaner?
