When I took my car in for repairs, it was a big mess. I had major collision damage and was afraid that my car would never be the same. The professionals at this company proved that they could get it fixed, and they certainly did. The dents are gone and the paint looks even better than it did when I purchased the car. I now have faith in this company and tell everyone about my great experience. Thank you so much!

I was in a bad car accident that really did some damage to my car. After shopping around for estimates on car repairs, I chose to use Fix Auto Downtown LA because they were professional, knowledgeable and offered me a peace of mind guarantee. I was very pleased with my repairs and made the insurance process a breeze. This experience will make me a repeat customer because they made it stress free.

after almost having my car for 3 month at their Shop, and charging the insurance company $10,000 , my car has a over heating problem and I'm sitting on a side of street , waiting for tow truck, I do not recommend this place to even my enemies

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS SHOP YOUR BUSINESS. I would honestly pay double to go anywhere else.



I was involved in a car accident and needed repairs to my car. This shop accepted the original estimate and let the car sit for 3 weeks! If I had not emailed MULTIPLE times for an update, who knows how long it would have sat there. They then decided, after three weeks, that they wanted more money for the repair. After a new estimate was approved they decided they didn't want to do the repair! FOUR WEEKS LATER and without even touching the car. They then had the balls to threaten me to recover exorbitant storage fees! They had been issued a check to pay for the initial estimate and guess what, I still haven't gotten it back!



This place is a total scam shop. The people are rude, will tell you different things, and are only in the business to cheat you out of your money. If you do have the truly unfortunate occasion to require their services it will DEPEND ON YOU to keep tabs on your car because otherwise they will let it sit and then charge you for a crazy amount of storage fees.



If I had enough money I would pay anyone hoping to bring their car here to go somewhere else. I never post on businesses but this place is TRULY CRIMINAL in what they are doing.



DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE EVER!!!!!!!! Any positive reviews must be rare experiences where the shop felt like repairing that particular vehicle. Honestly, I've never been so appalled in my life.

THIS SHOP NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. A lot of customers got very bad service and overprice from this shop. I have all the proof that shows this shop is not professional.

I got a car accident from the rear, the rear bumper and light need to be replaced. This shop charged me $7,555.66 and after insurance company negotiated it drop down to $5,651.11. It is just for replace the rear bumper and light.



They quoted me it will take 12 days to finish it. I confirmed with them several times before I left my car and they said 12 days is the longest it takes they might finish it within 4-5 days.



After I left my car, it took them 46 days to replace just the new bumper and light. It is unbelievable. My car was held Hostage for 46 days. During that 46 days I was told so many excuses. Their employee told us the shop will reimburse the rental car. When the time came, they refused to pay it and they said it was not their responsibility.



After I took my car back from their shop it had a lot of problems with some missing parts, engine lights, and light. I had to keep calling them to find the missing parts, finally they found the missing parts that they forgot to put it back. I had to drive back and forth to their place several times to find the missing parts and fix the engine lights. In addition, I had to pay to the dealer workshop to change the light bulb that was not working because they washed my car and their shop didn't responsible for it.



BEWARE! DO NOT GO THERE! Pls help share in social media.

I love this place. They were very honest, and very reasonable.Also, their job is high quality. This will be my one and only place for auto body repair.

Awesome place for auto repairs. Very helpful employees with good quality reliable work. They do it right so you do not have to.I was in and out super fast for a brake job. I definitely recommend going here.
