I own a custom woodworking and restoration company. I got the door that I ordered from ETO and did the install. The client ,as well as I liked how it turned out. It was shipped in a secure way and had no problems with delivery. I will order 2 more doors from ETO for the same project and 3 more of the same doors for another project I am working on.

In a world where most vendors these days simply smile and lie not delivering on empty promises, resulting in delays and unexpected costs, it is refreshing to work with guys like Christopher. I will forward my future projects to him and hopefully do some more business with ETO.

Great website and really great doors. They have a large selection and awesome pictures. It was a pleasure to spend so much time looking at all the options. Thx ETO for making it easy.

My biggest concern was buying doors online. I didn't know if ETO Doors was a fly-by-night type of company or not. I asked a contractor who I worked with has he ever heard of ETO Doors and he said they were a great company to use. I gave ETO a shot and everything turned out great.

We placed our order with ETO Doors on August 7th, after being told that it would take 3 weeks for the doors to ship to us. I contacted ETO on August 24th and was told that the doors would ship on August 29. When I had not received tracking information by August 31st I contacted ETO again and was told that they would not ship until September 7th. I called on September 7th to verify that they were shipping and was told that they were not going to ship until the 12th. They finally shipped the doors on the 14th. ETO did not contact me with any of the changes to the shipping date.



When the doors finally arrived 3 of the 8 doors were damaged due to poor packaging when shipping. (The wood doors were placed directly on top of other doors with nothing to protect them from the screws in the weather stripping and a threshold was damaged beyond repair). I notified ETO within the 24 hours of delivery. I was sent a claims form which I immediately filled out and included the required photos. I have left multiple phone messages, and emails since then. After over a week of my phone calls not being returned I was finally referred to Leigh (the manager) on Friday, September 28th. Leigh told me that he would look into what was going on and would get back to me on Monday, October 1st. (Leigh assured me that he always returned phone calls the day that he received them even if that meant he had to stay late). I have not heard from him since even though I have left multiple phone messages and I have also emailed.



I just got off the phone with ETO. I asked to speak with Tal (see ETO's response to one of the previous negative review - extension 41 is for the general receptionist and not Tal's) and was told that they just implemented a new customer service policy and the receptionist transferred me back to leave a message on their standard customer service line voice mail. Who knows if I will ever get the damaged doors replaced. I may have to dispute the charges with my credit card (if it is not too late).



It seems that ETO gets good recommendations as long as there is no problem with your order. However if something goes wrong with your order do not expect service as they do not offer any!!



Update: After I posted my review I was contacted by Tal (ETO's president) as well as by a few others in the company. They quickly rectified the situation and sent me out replacement doors immediately. The service I received once Tal got involved was excellent! The replacement doors were packaged well and arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I would have given them a 5 star review had they responded in this manner in the first place. I have adjusted my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

I brought doors from ETO a few years ago. The doors are very sturdy and they still look great. I really think ETO carry some very good doors.

Oh My God! I love my Mahogany Doors I brought from ETO Doors. I just had my doors installed and already everyone is giving me complements on how beautiful my doors look.... I will order more doors in the future. Thanks ETO!!!

Spoke to Christopher at ETO. Great prompt service. They were the only door company that got back to me and I called many! That says a lot about the standards of this company. I placed a small order with them this time and Christopher took the time to review my needs and send me a very reasonable price. I have been an All Trade Handyman for over 15 years, I used to construct doors myself when I was younger, but now it is easier to delegate to ETO.

I would like to say that ETO Doors is the best online company to do business with hands down. I saw the door I liked from their website, I called and spoke to a door rep, I ordered the door, and my door arrived in no time. Buying from ETO Doors was the best experience for buying doors online and their prices are outstanding. I would love to buy doors from ETO Doors every time I buy doors.

I was totally shocked to see our door at the construction site today. I am truly impressed with ETO’s very fast and efficient turnaround time. I wanted to personally thank Christopher for ensuring I receive the door on time.

My front door was broken into late Saturday night, and I called ETO Doors at 10am on a Sunday...they took my call, sent me an estimate on the spot and my order shipped that Tuesday! ETO's customer service is top notch, something I have no experienced in a very long time. Our neighborhood is about 60 years old, so everyone's doors needs to be updated...I plan to recommend ETO to everyone. As far as price goes, I received a couple of other quotes and asked around, and most vendors were twice the price as ETO. An absolute pleasure to work with! Don't even bother calling anyone else, these are the guys you want.

We're building a home (two phases) and we ordered 2 exterior mahogany doors over a year ago and had a great experience. The total cost was less than it would have been had we used our builder's local supplier, even taking shipping and handling charged into account (we live in SC). We then ordered 20 interior doors this year (knotty alder). Despite some shipping issues (no fault of ETO Doors), we have again had a great experience and have saved hundreds of dollars. Customer Service is exceptional! I would highly recommend this company!

I brought the Ayra door from ETO Doors and it is gorgeous. The doors was sent so secure that I had to take a picture of the packaging. I have never seen a door so secured in my life.

The door installation of our ETO Door was finished today. Our installer did not want to work on installing it while there was a chance of rain and he was able to quickly install it.



We love the carved panel. It looks very nice!

I would like to thank ETO Doors for such amazing doors. I thought something was wrong with these Mahogany Wood Doors because they were so inexpensive, but it turns out that ETO Doors is a wholesale door company that sales directly to the public.

Dealing with this company is a case study in poor customer service. Purchased two pre-hung doors, and doors were delivered damaged. Called and was told to have my carpenter moisten the wood to get rid of the gouges, and then was sent wood filler (!) to try to repair. Was told (Oren) that they would pay for the extra cost of having my guy try to repair these door... never happened. Anyhow, doors too far damaged. I have to send 2 sets of pictures and after a few calls, they arrange to pick up doors and assure me they will send the replacement set much faster... try slower. Takes me half a dozen calls to get confirmation on shipping. Half a dozen because each time I call, I either leave a message that does not get returned or am told they will be sent out .... (today, Monday, Thursday).. and I will receive a call back with the shipping # or an email with it, and I don't. Second set of door finally delivered -- just the slabs. Order sheet clearly states 'doors and jambs' (which I guess means pre-hung), but just sent 2 slabs. Of course, have since called twice and no return call.



They have a nice product -- the doors I have seen (the damaged set and the set that is not pre-hung) are beautiful and would love to give them a good review; however, it seems that you order from these people and anything is wrong -- God help you.

Our doors came today, and they are exactly what we were looking for.....thanks so much ETO. We want to let everyone know where they can find great looking doors!

Very professional. Items displayed on web site matched final delivery and products arrived quickly and in good shape. Email notification and status updates were prompt.
