Avoid this company, a 2 week order took 6, they delivered a door with a hidden defect and will not stand by it because the delivery paper was signed. The door quality is inferior for the price, very light.
All in all a disaster.

We purchased from ETO doors and installed the doors in a new construction. The arched double entry door from ETO made the entry AMAZING! These doors are beautiful and well-priced. My wife and I LOVE our doors and everyone who visits comments on them.

We received our doors in excellent condition, we prepped them sealed them and hung them. Very impressive product. We have had so many complements on the doors we included a picture of them on our Christmas cards.

Don't be thrown off by the old, worn out building - this place is amazing! We went there looking for a garage door and ended up buying all of the doors in our home renovation there.

Do not do business with this company. I ordered 2 solid mahogany doors and got cheap Chinese doors with palm wood centers. Customer service is worthless. Claims process is worthless. Empty promises and zero follow up. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER DOOR COMPANY TO HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS!!

Finding ETO and the door I wanted was a piece of cake. Phoning a sales rep after finding what I wanted on-line was a pleasant experience. The warehouse is huge but once I met with actual people picking up the door was easy.

-Great fabrication/design. Included adjustable sill plate to fully seal against air infiltration.

-Doors were milled for the sill and no screws were needed in the sill.

-Structurally heavy and quality, glass is impeccable (rain glass plus designs, all insulated).

-Price was 1/3 of similar door system from Home Depot. (12'wx8'tall plus transom!)



Really well crated/packed. Ashley was fabulous, knowledgeable and got it right the first time.



Lots of research showed us that ETO was the best choice, the best price and it turns out, great service.

I was nervous ordering online with an unfamiliar company, but ETO was the only place where I could find the door I wanted. I am happy with my purchase, and the customer service was helpful during the delivery. I will recommend your company to others. I do recommend that you obtain a more secure way to pay (such as PayPal). My door was exactly as ordered. Thank you

Originally called the LA location and requested a quote for a door. The guy who provided the quote was really helpful and friendly. But the shipping was higher than expected due to the door being shipped from CA to NY.



So I noticed that the company had a location in NY. I called and requested a quote for the same door. Like the first time, I didn't have a model number and I don't speak the "door trade" language. I had dimensions and stated that it was a basic slab - solid wood.



The NY guy seemed agitated that I was a novice door buyer - saying that he had 5,000 types of doors. So I further elaborated - dimensions, that it was a basic slab, no panels, solid wood, no pre-hung required, and that I was going to paint it, so the cheapest wood door of this kind. In literally 2 seconds he says it will be like $850 + $195 in shipping. I told him that I got a quote from their California for $176 + $195 shipping. Then he went back to the "I have 5,000 types of doors, I don't know what you want".



The thing is, the LA guy asked me questions and located the door that I needed no problem. He wanted to help me. The NY guy didn't want to be bothered.



So, five stars for the LA location and one star for the NY location. Come to find out, the NY location is just a show room and the door would need to come from LA anyway. In any case, the door including shipping from LA is still cheaper than buying locally in Brooklyn - by $200.



Maybe the NY guy was having a bad day, but his lack of good customer service and a total misquote tarnishes the image of the company in general. To the LA guy - thanks for your help and great customer service!!

My door arrived today. I unpacked it, and it looks good. The build quality and materials, look good. The measurements and the door swing direction everything looks just exactly the way I wanted. And there was no damage to it in transit. Also, the door was expedited to my satisfaction.

Love both my Savannah doors. One was installed last July, my front door, and the other as my balcony door. I am so happy with my doors and pleased at the reaction of others about my door.

We got the doors, ETO did a FANTASTIC JOB! The crating was excellent, all arrived without a scratch. The quality of the product looks really good, and I look forward to working with them again.

We are super happy with the look and quality of their solid mahogany doors. Driver who delivers also did an excellent job... Given he had to pull the crate with his hand truck down a 200 ft drive way!

I purchased seven mahogany doors with the five glass panels from this company. All the doors came very well packed and with no damage. The only drawback was the shipping firm that delivered the doors had only one man and he almost lost the doors when they were on top of the tommylift. They look fantastic and very pleased with my purchase.

Ordered interior doors and half came in damaged. Filed claim for replacements. After repeated emails and calls to customer service as to when I would get replacements, I filed complaints with BBB, Atty Gen of CA and credit card company. After a month, I cancelled the replacements and reordered from another supplier so I could get my project completed. They refuse to give me refund. Regret dealing with this company.
