The best part of eating at El Pollo Loco is the food is healthy and filling. The customer service is excellent. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and maintained. They have a good selection of pollo bowls and the grilled chicken is perfect.

This is the best El Pollo Loco I have found in Los Angeles CA. The restaurant has been remodeled and is always kept clean. They are popular and always busy, but the line moves fast and I can always find a seat. I like the fact the meals are healthy and much better nutritionally than other fast-food restaurants. The customer service is excellent and I have to say they have an afternoon manager that is fantastic. His name is Armando. He knows his customers and always has a smile waiting for the next customer. Try the Pollo Fit Bowels if you want healthy.
