I was blown away by the balloon arrangement that was created for me. It was a last minute birthday surprise for a friend. I ordered it by phone and had it delivered. It was simply beautiful. So much better than flowers.

They are the best! Did such a great job on an extremely last minute birthday surprise AND delivered all in about an hour's notice! It was so creative and cute!! I had no idea what I wanted and I was ordering by phone...the sales girl that answered was so helpful and suggested an alien theme - I was a little skeptical at first but when I saw the arrangement later, It was nothing short of awesome. I highly recommend them especially if you want to do something for someone who loves attention on their special day - they'll definitely get it!

I was very impressed with the ease of ordering the balloons. When I called Dr. Balloon Delivery I had no idea what I wanted to do, just knew that I wanted balloons for my husband's 40th birthday dinner party. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and helped me organize my thoughts into actual balloon bouquets. The phone order went smoothly and I was happy to find that they were delivered just as promised to the restaurant. Unfortunately, the ballon bouquets were not what I had imagined when were discussing them over the phone. I thought I was ordering balloons on a sturdy stand like a pole of balloons because I wanted them on the patio just outside the door, but instead they were just large clusters of helium balloons with weights at the bottom. It worked out ok but they flopped around a lot in the breeze. Additionally, I left it up to the gentleman to decide the colors of the balloons. I wasn't picky about that part since I didn't really have a color scheme for the event. Just explained that it was for a 40th birthday party for a man and he suggested some colors like rainbow or blue. I vetoed the rainbow scheme because it was not a child's affair and it was going to be in a nice restaurant and additionally serve as a bit of a backdrop for a solo acoustic guitarist. I then left it up to him to decide the colors. Oops! Shouldn't have done that...What I ended up with were very colorful orange, green, blue, and yellow bouquets. Not very elegant, but certainly festive. The babies loved them. All in all, I would recommend the Dr. Balloon Delivery to others and use them again because of the ease of ordering, they are very friendly, and I was pleased with their prompt and reliable service and delivery, but next time I will make sure to specify EXACTLY what I would like. =)
