Rosa is an excelent hair stylist. I've gone to her twice now, once for an updo and once for a cut. Both times I only half knew what I wanted, but she was wonderfully patient and gave many helpful suggestions. She is sweet but professional and her quality of work is higher than what she charges. I love the results of my last visit and look forward to seeing her again.
