Over the past 10 years I have patronized Danny's Warehouse. Recently I have been dissatisfied with their customer service. The current personnel is unwilling to answer questions and are not knowledgeable of the stock and terminology of dance attire. My biggest complaint is that their posted hours are not reliable. As a working dancer, I get last minute calls for auditions and substitute teaching engagements. Danny's would be an ideal choice because of the large assortment of dance wear but, on two separate occasions, after calling ahead to confirm the hours, I arrived about 10 minutes prior to closing only to find the door locked and my time wasted.



I need to be able to rely on posted hours and I am unable to do so for Danny's Warehouse. I have called several times to inform the store owner of this issue and yet it remains unresolved. I refuse to shop at a business where customer concerns are discarded. I will not shop here again.
