OMG!!! this is a horrible place. If you can avoid it, do so... I went and thought of treating my hubby to a pedi. The woman who offered to take him told him to sit in the spa seat. I told her we both anted regular pedis. She started ranting in her language, told us to sit and wait and took the next person. I was confused, so I asked if we were being passed on because we wanted regular pedis? As usual they pretend not to understand what we're saying and ignore us. I then asked my husband to get up because we were leaving. The woman then tried to stop us and said, Ok I take you right now for reg. pedi... I said no thank you, we're leaving and going across the street to New Way Nail. THen she began ranting in her language again and I'm guessing the manager told us to wait and we would be helped next. Their treatment and people skills and NOT there at all. All they want is your money and can care less about why you're there. And before this time I had gone there once and it is true, that they will do a sloppy job when they're busy just to get you outta there to help the next person, Oh but like I mentioned they get you outta there quickly but not before taking your $$$$. It is hard to find a nail place where their employees are courteous... I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN and definitely NOT RECOMMEND this awful place...

i just went on saturday for memorial day weekend and had the WORST experience so far in a nail salon. after a long day at work (i'm a vet tech), decided to treat my poor feet to some attention. i've been to crystal nails maybe 6-7 times. they're ok. not great. they're always gossiping and they do not sanitize. but this day was pretty bad. while the girl , her name is "emmy", was cutting my cuticles, she began to dig deeeeep. so deep that it hurt. she looked up and i clearly said "it hurts". she.goes.on. digging. so now it is RED and hurting on my big toe. before she puts on the color, i stop her to point out the obvious. she stutters, "i cut more? more cut". no. she is confused. eventually i ask for the manager jennifer. i explain to jennifer. she seems ok. they confer in vietname(?) and emmy continues on. then she pauses and squeezes the big toe. "still hurt?" yes. she squeezes again. "hurt?". i tell her," yes...it's going to hurt if you continually squeeze it...yes that STILL hurts". then she continues on. then she asks if i want here to cut it? again i say "no cut,just color". then she flips out. "yes i no make you hurt! i cut!". at this point i am livid. i yank my feet away and demand to see jennifer. now emmy has deserted my station and starts on another customer. she is now muttering very loudly and clearly next to me that she did nit cut me.(she did not draw blood, but i still did not want her to cut any more). she begins to patronize me by asking the girl ," does this hurt? you tell me when it hurts" every 10 seconds. that more girl. she was so embarassed. once jennifer comes out, emmy begans to rant and rave. i am fed up. i explain to jennifer once again the situation, that i am not coming back, and i will not recommend this place to anyone. and the punchline of it all, i still had to pay the $16 for the pedicure. beware of emmy. and the other technicians? if there are alot of people, they will speed right through you. they do not care. just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
