Provided by YP.comI have tried 12 years to get my French passport renewed after it was stolen and the French Consulate of L.A. county is impossible to reach. I have tried over the phone, email, tried to make appointment etc. The emergency number on the website and the message machine doesn't work. This is RIDICULOUS. My flights to France leave in a few weeks and I will not be able to work in France without new Fr passports. Any advice?
