This place is the worst, I dont recommend it at all. I was sent in for a workers comp. I had a sprain. To begin the receptionist who attended me(nancy) was very rude and obnoxious. I had lots of questions. She didn't give me the proper attention because she was on a personal phone call. She gave me alot of lip which was un necessary, and to top it off. She was speaking in spanish to the other receptionist about me. I waited 2 hours until I was placed in a room to see the Dr. Dr foster said theres nothing wrong with me eventhough I had alot of pain. I was in the office for a total of 4 hours. I asked to speak to the manager, but I was told she was not there. No wonder these employees act the way they do. There's no management available. I returned for my follow up, and again I was not treated with respect. I asked to speak to the manager again and still she was not available. They told me to call her and leave her a message about my complaint. I left her a message and she never returned my phonecall. This so called urgentcare center doesnt care about the patients. The good thing my employer sent me somewhere else where I received the proper care I needed. Do not use this place If your life depended on it.

These people are terrible. I get a job offer and am sent to this outfit for a drug clearance test. Fine. I show up and am left waiting an hour. OK. Then I'm finally ushered into a backroom where this girl tells me she is going to take 3 CLUMPS of my hair out with a goal of 60 hairs per clump. ARE YOU KIDDING?
Yeah, right I'm going to walk around for weeks with 3 bald spots for a job that isn't even a completely done deal yet?
Happy to take the tinkle in a bottle test, I say. Nope, gotta do the 3-clump hair test.
Ok, well walk me through this. Where are you planning to take this hair from, I ask? The reply is ... off the top of my head down to the roots so I'm left with clumps of bald spots?
Nah. We're going to need to see a manager, I say. No, you're not going to let me speak to a manager? Oh, and you are going to report me to my company for refusing the test? No, I have nothing to hide. The only substance I've had all year was a glass of champagne at a friend's 60th birthday party six months ago. I'n not refusing your test, I'm refusing to let you turn me into one of the 3 Stooges without you clearly showing me what you are going to do and where you are going to do it.
3 clumps, 60 hairs a clump? 3 goofy looking bald spots? Nah. Let me see a manager. Won't let me talk to the manager?
3 calls later to the manager. None returned.
Avoid this place like your life depends on it because it probably does.

This is the way you are going to feel if you get hurt and your employer sends you here. I waited 3 hours to be seen by a doctor, I think he was a physician assistant not a doctor. He must of spent 3 minutes with me, walked out and I waited another 45 minutes to be given a bag of medication that I still don't know what they are for. And you wonder why people who get hurt on the job end up at their lawyers office. Wake up employers!!!! Check out the place that you send your employees when they get hurt. Ask yourself, would I wait this long? would I come back? I bet the answer to those questions are both ""NO"" this is what your employees will look forward if you send them here to Concentra to get medical treatment.
