This is the worst medical office I've ever had to deal with in my life, and I have been to hospitals in northern Siberia. We paid a large fee so my wife could get a physical and some blood tests - we did that because we were leaving LA for a new job in a new country. We asked them to fax the documents or scan and email them, as the move didn't allow time to drive down to Koreatown to pick up the results. They assured us that would be no problem. A week later and after at least a dozen calls we still didn't have the results. When I followed up over the last couple days before the move they told me they had also just moved and didn't have a working fax or scanner. When I asked if they could step out to kinko's to fax it the response was, word for word, "they don't pay me for that." Well, guess what? I did pay you for that, not my fault your stuff doesn't work. I left a couple messages for the boss because I was told he was the only one who could make any decisions there, apparently he knows how to use the phone about as well as his staff understand what customer service means, although it might have been difficult for him given the fact that he apparently never comes to office, wasn't there at 10am or 3pm or any other time I called. Don't go to this place, avoid it at all costs.



To be very fair, after all of this, they did manage to research how to lick a stamp and put the papers in the mail to our new address, where we'll be getting them two weeks after we actually needed the results.

I ve been going to this clinic for over 2 years now for an annual physical my job requires. I do have my private physician but my insurance only allows 1 physical in an entire year so I come to allied medical for physical and for quick fix or for reason I m not quite comfortable with with my personal doctor.

A good service and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Clinic to anyone.
