California OnTrack is a comprehensive recovery-oriented treatment program for people who have experienced a first episode of psychosis or are struggling with a chronic thought disorder. Clients work in partnership with family and the extended coordinated specialty care (CSC) team to develop and execute a personalized plan for their recovery. Our model recognizes that symptom reduction alone was not sufficient for achieving a life worth living. We emphasize developing meaning & purpose, enhancing relationships, and finding enjoyment as foundational aspects of care.
