Broadway Federal Bank just did an illegal foreclosure and lock out of my church. This all happened when we discovered the loan was modified and rates were changed and non-licensed loan officers were paid out of our loan proceeds. We initiated a law suit against them only to be out maneuvered by their high powered attorney. If they will do this to a church, there is no end to what they will do to the average unsuspecting consumer! We are reaching out to anyone that can help.
