Provided by Doctor.comDr. Chang's staff and method's of operation is questionable. I felt that I was being rushed during my office visit(s) and the staff seemed more interested in optimizing my insurance for profit. I would be weary of Dr. Chang and his staff. Their main concern is milking your insurance company.
