Provided by YP.comThey mis-coded the service performed, so insurance company wouldn't pay. Insurance company and patient called and told them to correct the code, and then they would be paid. They were called several times. They ignored the suggestion and continue to dun the patient for payment, creating severe stress for the 92 year old patient.
