Excellent customer service, I had an electric blanket that stopped working after one month of use, I had no packaging or receipt but they exchanged it no questions asked.
That is what I call great customer service!

Alex is quite possibly the friendliest, most knowledgable, attentive, and genuinely nice sales person I've ever encountered. Not once did I feel sales pressure from him, and he spent a lot of time explaining everything about their products to me and patiently listened to all of my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed, while also helping me to get the best deal possible. 5-star customer service when I didn't necessarily expect it. I just want to compliment Mike for his patience and the very best customer service which you hardly find
anymore. My friend purchased roman shades fom their other location, in Santa Monica, for his
bathroom and couldn't make these work Just to make the story short, they had a defect. A very smooth
return and exchange. Krystal was also extremely helpful. If everyone would be this courteous, life
would be much more pleasant..

We were looking for a simple bath scale, and couldn't find one that wasn't powered by batteries.
Finally used the mailer we had been sent, and were pleased to find, not only a good discount, and good selection, but friendly salespeople. What a pleasant suprise.
