I had some shoes and boots that needed serious repair, and I knew a regular place could not handle it. My shoes came back looking brand new after I scuffed them so badly there was a flap on the toe. The boots also came back looking awesome!

I love my Ballard custom boots! I have had them for over 7 years and they're still uniues in style and they fit my foot like a glove. The personalized experience with Ballard Custom Design was awesome!

Reggie Ballard is the best in the business. He provided me with the highest quality service and a superior product. Prior to meeting Reggie Ballard I purchased lots of shoes off the rack. Since I was a child, I have always had a difficult time buying shoes. Because my feet are larger and wider than the average womans, I was always forced to wear mens shoes or extremely unflattering womens shoes. However, when I moved from Dallas to Los Angeles for work three years ago, one of the new coworkers at my firm suggested I check out Ballard Customs. In the past three years, I have bought four pairs of shoes. They are great! The customer service is excellent. From the consultation to the fittings to the final product, I could not ask for anything better. Ballard Customs has finally made me one of those shoe girls I used to envy.

WOW! Looking around for a custom pair of shoes was very difficult until I found "Ballard Custom Footwear". Real friendly and down earth customer service (felt like I been knowing this person for a long time). I sent a design of a pair shoes and within 6 weeks I had my special shoes. I have never worn a pair of shoes that was so comfortable and a perfect fit. The shoes make you feel like you're walking on clouds. Highly recommended. (5 star rating). GIVE HIM A TRY!

I have lymphodema and could not find cute, good-looking women's shoes or dress boots. Mr. Ballard not only made two pairs of boots that I really like, he took the extra effort to find quality non-leather material, per my request. He is an excellent custom footwear designer and I would highly recommend him.
