I was going for the ride, with my girlfriend, she was going to puck up some boots she put on hold. We live in San Gabriel Valley and made the trek to West L.A. This store was huge, everything was neat, and clean . The store manager, Wanda was very informative, knowledgeable, kind, friendly and easy to talk too. We had alot of questions. She gave great reviews on wallets, shoes and clothes. The only had a problem with , is why dosen't management get to wear the shoes it sells . If a customer is going to browse in the store, and ask the sales reps about the product. The will make money if the employees are wearing the product it promotes. Because you don't have live models walking in the stores, where the customer can ask questions about the item. Whether it's clothes or shoes ( all kinds). Sometimes a customer doesnt have time to try on shoes or clothes. But this store and the customers super nice and I personally will go back again.
